The Mold Sentry system is manufactured in the United States and consists of the following separate components:

* Open systems do not require a dehumidification unit.

The Mold Sentry system air-handling process involves the following steps:

1. Contaminated air is drawn into the intake plenum via the independent duct system.
2. Contaminated air is filtered by the staged HEPA filtering system.
3. Contaminated air is then dehumidified.
4. Contaminated air is subjected to UVC germicidal treatment.
5. Purified and sterilized air is exhausted and returned to the designated environment.

The Mold Sentry air-handling system is modular in design and utilizes a separate ducted system. The ductwork is engineered and distributed to predetermined locations to maximize the effectiveness of our system. UVC germicidal lights are mounted in prearranged locations in your dead air spaces or within the light chamber. The dehumidifier is mounted directly in front of the blower motor and has been designed for maximum efficiency and minimal electrical usage.

The Mold Sentry system employs a modular interface control panel (the brains of the system), which controls all functions and allows for easy diagnosis, service and maintenance. In addition, we mount an indicator/monitoring panel in the living area – the location of which is designated by the property owner.

The modular design of the system allows for easy diagnosis, service and maintenance.
